This ensures accurate and unbiased reporting.   Trained & Experienced Personnel Only the best test and balance companies become AABC certified. Each company employs at least one Test and Balance Engineer (TBE)--the most stringent and respected certification in the industry. All technicians are certified by AABC after four years of test and balance training and passing a rigorous examination.   National Performance Guaranty All work performed by AABC members is guaranteed by the association. If the work is not performed according to AABC standards or the project specifications, AABC will complete the project at no cost to the customer.   Quality Assurance Program AABC member performance is monitored via performance evaluations submitted by customers upon completion of a project.
